Rachel Hodge

Rachel brings a decade of brand and design leadership to her role as Creative Director, with a career spanning tech, startups, and sports (go Sounders!) before joining Hero. Raised in the suburbs of Philly and a University of South Carolina grad, she made her way to Seattle in 2018 and hasn’t looked back.

Her work is rooted in the belief that great design tells a story, from full-scale rebrands and marketing websites to data reports and social campaigns, she brings equal parts strategic thinking and visual craft to everything she touches.

Rachel is also a certified yoga instructor who believes the mindfulness she cultivates on the mat makes her a better creative and collaborator. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her deep in a good book, planning her next trip abroad, or at home with her husband and their cat.
